Can only eat small amounts which is making weight loss much easier. Have lost this much before but never been able to keep it off - hence the op - had to choose between new car or op and…
  • That's a fantastic NSV - well done. My NSV today was getting on a plane and bring able to fasten the seat belt WITHOUT asking for a belt extension AND getting the tray down fully to put my cup on - not wedging the tray on my belly!! Little things do mean a lot.
  • Should add 5 February -I'm in UK and just realised the date would be wrong way round for most of you :)
  • I had sleeve on 5/2 - lost 39 lbs so far - was worried not losing quick enough but had review appt last week and they were very pleased with my progress. Starting weight was 289lbs.

  • Hi, I'm Marian and I live in Scotland, near Edinburgh. I had sleeve done on 5 February 2015. Starting weight before pre-op was 289lbs and now, 257lbs. I'm definitely getting enough protein but struggling a bit with drinking enough water and doing enough exercise. Any tips? Looking forward to making some new friends
