1/2 cup of oatmeal, 1 cup of milk, 1 tbsp of Adams peanut butter, sliced almonds, raisins, and maybe a banana added in when I'm extra hungry. 30 mins before my morning workout.

Agreed.. I like them a lot.. Especially since I can include it in my current diet and not as a cheat day. Adams peanut butter and homemade jam on top.

Spend more time doing strength training and lifting.. Figure out your protien/carb/fat intake. I would tend to think from what you said that you need more protein and more lifting and less cardio. Just my 2cents.

stay away from anything crunch unless it's hanging. I like using the ab roller, planks, side planks and putting yourself in push up position and bringing your legs to your chest. I like the ab workouts that stretch rather then crunch and there are a lot of them you can find online. Also just remember that abs are made in…
