Chronic Peripheral venous insufficiency, Valley Fever. The valley fever can be a bit dicey where symptoms flare up. Cant breath to do the big miles on the bike I like to do.

So I looked at the spreadsheet and there is no record from last weeks check in. Not sure if I have the weeks straight, but with a sunday weight in I'm having a hard time with what week that weight in actually if for. I am going to use the CW from my weight in on 09/20 as my previous weight for this weight in.
