It is messing with my sleep, exercise & foods! It'll be better now, off a few days. Whew! Glad all that's over. Back to loosing the…

Day 27: walked >3 miles. Several flights of stairs, and 2 miles @ work going to other building. Not the best day. Gained almost 2#, & not very happy about it. Only 3rd time to gain in last 30 weeks. Full on sulking happening and will be better tomorrow (which is really after I sleep today). Bah, humbug. Ate some out of…

Hi everyone. I'm Jolande (sounds like Yolanda). I'm 5'1" and have quite a bit to loose. It's nice to see so many others with the same challenges we short folks deal with. I'm new here, and glad to join a group with similar goals. Feel free to add me as a friend, we'll lose the weight and stay strong!

Awesome!

That's great! I'm ready to just call it a day when I get home. It's good you do more exercises then.
-
Wow! That's a lot of working out. Your getting strong and sculpted.

You always are active so early in the day. I admire that. Me, too, the unhealthy food. Been better this week.
-
I like the way you think!

Day 25: walked pushing cart, 2 miles. Day 26: walked dogs w/hubby, about 25 mins. All 3 dogs! They did well.

You and me both. It sure is helping me be more accountable.

Hope you enjoy your new space. Way to work in extra movements! Every one counts.
-
Proud of you to start logging food. It has made a BIG difference for me.
-
I always have to check my last post to remember what day I'm on, too. Keep it up, you are really working hard!

I'll join. I have 100 to go. I figure another year or so. That's a little long time to remain motivated. Glad to have some support/cheerleading. Nice to meet you both.

Ditto! You are one of the main reasons I keep going. I appreciate your encouragement, & look how far your challenge is stretching everyone! We all fall of the wagon, but it is courageous & dedication to your health that brings you the activities again. Chalk it up to learning that whatever was impeding you won't stop you…

Wow! Very nice to go that far.good for you. It's hard to move, unpack & still take care of yourself. Kudos

Day 23: walked multiple flights, many times @ work. Nearly all steps noted on food diary were stairs @work. Better & recover faster every time.

Day 22: worked out moving furniture and boxes trying to get my home back together. Walked about 15 mins just to clear my head.

Day 21: wonderful day to walk! Beautiful outside. More than 2 miles, faster times than before. So thankful able to move! Wish would've lost more, but-not too shabby for sandwiches & conference foods! Every day is better...thanks to support from all of you!
