Day 70: walked 30 mins. Enjoyed weather outside. Day 71: walked about 40 mins today. Beautiful outside. Day 72: worked: pushed cart 30 mins, just shy of 4000 steps. Deep knee bends @ elevator.

Day 68: several staircase. Starting deep clean... At least an hour. And 5700 steps or so. I'll have 10,000 a day soon.... Day 69: Have been deep cleaning home all day. Also, moving heavy furniture up & down stairs, alone. Hubby broke foot, & appraisers come Fri. So not even sure how long @ each. Guessing 60 mins or so…

Dec 4: 5225 steps and 6 flights stairs (@ one time) 5: 6710 steps a few stairs (6 or 7 flights) 6: 2710 steps, started getting sick, :s 7: 2667 steps- sick today; hope to feel better tomorrow.

Day 66: walked >6000 steps. Christmas shopped. I thought no 4 hours in Walmart with family (& everyone else's!) should count. I thought know I burned 1000 calories dodging other shoppers! Lol! Day 67: caught cold from other shoppers. Feel lower than dirt. Only got in 2700 or so steps. Hope didn't share this bug...cooked…

Day 64: walked >4000 steps. Went grocery shopping alone! It was soooo nice. Day 65: worked. Walked >5000 steps. Pushed cart only some. About 10 mins. Coworker pushed it most of night. But got to go up/downstairs about 6 flights.

I am so glad you stated this. I have learned you can add cardio into everyday activities and get results. I learned to keep trying planned activity. Day. 62: > 10,000 steps AND 30 mins with the cart & about 20 squats. I am very sore! But a good addition to my quest to add a little exercise at work.

Nov 30: >8500 steps, 3.39 miles!

Day 61: walked 8500 steps, & pushed work cart for >60 minutes. I didn't realize this could work as cardio, until I added squats when I'm waiting for the elevator. Many squats. I'll start to add them tonight. I kept loosing count...

Day 58: Worked days today. Very interesting. Had to get out & walk a few times for about 15 mins each, and went up & down stairs to get my cardio in today. Nice to get it in before I got home.

Day 56: Nov 25: walked 44 mins today, getting ready for tomorrow. Day 57: Thanksgiving! Lots of cooking & cleaning (& eating) danced around for fun & cardio where you can. A beautiful day to walk. Work off that sleepy thing.

Day 52: walked dogs in this cold ! I think I burned extra calories just because it must take more energy when it's freezing!

Day 51: I never expected to get this far! I'm so happy to be moving so much! 45 total mins walking & many steps when I wore Fitbit. I keep forgetting to put it back on after shower. Going to put it on my phone today & see if I not forget to wear the thing.
