    Welcome to everyone who has just started. :) i have not been posting lately, but I have been logging what I eat, which hasn't been much.

    So everyday I have been walking a lot at work and during last weekend I walked up and down six flights of stairs 10 times doing laundry and lifting heavy things like taking two mattress by myself to down the stairs to throw out.

    I also bought an exercise ball chAir for work since I sit at my desk a lot, so it helping with my core.

    So happy logging everyone :)

    Day 47: nov 16: 8000 steps, 20 mins walking/housework
    Day 48: Nov 17: 10,000 steps
    Day 49: Nov 18: walked 60 mins total, I have to remember to wear the Fitbit, I keep forgetting to put it back on...
    Day 50 ( half way there!) Nov 19: walking a lot today, up & down stairs, walked 30 mins & >5000 logged steps @ work. Getting there.

    I see this an old post but I started logging 7 days ago. I am going to jump in if you don't mind. Can I count my 7 days i have already completed or do i have to start day 1 tomorrow? I guess my first question should be can I join this late?

    Yesterday was my rest day so I took my dogs for a longer walk, today is my day 38 and I am weight lifting again :)

    I haven't forgotten this challenge. When I wasn't working out at the gym, I at least got in my 10,000 steps. Today, Zumba! Sore but feeling a little better about The feast day called Thanksgiving that's next week :)

    Day 51: I never expected to get this far! I'm so happy to be moving so much! 45 total mins walking & many steps when I wore Fitbit. I keep forgetting to put it back on after shower. Going to put it on my phone today & see if I not forget to wear the thing.

    Today I did 55 minutes Les Mills Combat. I think this is my new love. Punching, kicking, oh my gosh, it's the most fun ever!

    Day 52: walked dogs in this cold ! I think I burned extra calories just because it must take more energy when it's freezing!

    Hi all! This seems fun and supportive. I'm down....as of five days ago. From 11/17, yesterday weights 30 min, today walking 3 hrs, weights 15min, lots of housework. And thumb work with all this texting :wink:
