Day 43: (I did 41 twice!) walk 45 mins and 15 mins house cleaning. I clean more of course, but this is mopping/sweeping/vacuuming. Day 44: walked 60 mins! Several flights of stairs too, but lost count.

Day 41: the little dogs of my house, slipped out while baba gnoush was being delivered. So, thanks to the pug & malte-poo, added another mile. Made my 10,000 steps, & yes, they made it home (with me, bacon chews & leashes). Day 41: walked 60 mins today. Visiting relatives, not home long enough to do more. Walked 15-30 mins…

Day 41: visited very good friend all afternoon. So walked 15 mins. Did great in social situation today. Ate well & stayed in control.

Day 40: 15 mins Zumba, 30 min walk, then planks & tried both "Sworkit" then "7", both short exercise apps using only body. I love vacation! Can do things in my own schedule, so trying a few different things out, so am ready to return to work.

Day 38: nov 3: walked > 10,000 steps. Went to first NHL game. Blues lost to LA, but so fun!! Cold, cold in arena. Kept moving & walking to stay warm. Day 39: Nov 4: yoga 10 mins, Zumba 30 mins. Tried it. Like it. Even if I look ridiculous. Lol.

Day 36: up & down stairs (on purpose!!) for 15 mins. Walked only 20 mins, though. Day 37: Today Monday November 2 yoga 30 mins, days not done, but walked 20 mins or so. Adding daily planks for core. Basics today. Can do 1 min or so, x5, but everyone starts somewhere!
