100 Day Exercise Challenge

Looks like I'm on day 57.
Opting for something different, I pulled a ballet based exercise video called element ballet. Last time I tried this, I could only do about 25 minutes (it's 50 minutes long) and had to give up. And then i couldn't walk the next day!
So being brave, haha, I pulled it out and oh my, I completed the entire workout!!!!!! I'll share how well i can walk tomorrow, I'm already feeling my muscles expressing their disbelief in what I put them through.0 -

Day 58. Since i KILLED my legs and abs yesterday (that ballet workout, boy I can feel it!) it seemed only fair to treat my arms, chest and back to the same treatment. Cause that's how I roll, lol!
I did an hour fitness blender weights workout. It was tabata style, so 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off for 8 rounds for each exercise. Which of course leads to total muscle burnout!
I may regret this at the grocery store in an hour. haha!0 -

You are so great to treat your whole body to stretching & exercise! You have a lot of variety too. It is fun to read what you're up to next!

Thank you willsRN. Since a gym membership isn't financially feasible, I feel pretty lucky to have access to a great variety of exercise dvds and the internet.
Today, I did Les Mills combat, 45 minute power kata. My legs are still a bit sore from two days ago doing that ballet based workout, but the kicking today really seemed to help work that out.

Day 56: Nov 25: walked 44 mins today, getting ready for tomorrow.
Day 57: Thanksgiving! Lots of cooking & cleaning (& eating) danced around for fun & cardio where you can. A beautiful day to walk. Work off that sleepy thing.0 -
When I wasn't walking to the table to get more food for Thanksgiving, I was outside enjoying the cool weather playing *kitten*. That's as athletic as it got on Thanksgiving. Gym time early in the morning.0

Day 61. After 4 very intense workouts, it's time for a break. So I did a 30 minutes Leslie Sansone walking workout. This one had 4 two minute jogging intervals and it was perfect for today.0

Day 58: Worked days today. Very interesting. Had to get out & walk a few times for about 15 mins each, and went up & down stairs to get my cardio in today. Nice to get it in before I got home.0

Cleaned the garage, the weather was incredible today. I lifted boxes, swept, moved yard equipment, etc. It was great.0
