I have been walking a lot and carrying heavy stuff up and down stairs.. Doing laundry today so that means up and down my six flights of stairs about 12 times..this should be my 92nd day since I started this blog or community. I will keep going since I keep starting and stopping, but I move everyday and sit on my exercise ball chair at work.0

I'm happy to say I am definitely fitter. Last time I did the ballet workout, I had some twinges that made moving the next day challenging. Today, I was able to do Les mills and all the kicking without a problem even though it was the day after the ballet workout.0 -
