    I did an 80 minute slim in six routine. I'm undecided on how I like it, I could see it becoming a tad boring, however, I plan on mixing it up, so that should help. However, I definitely feel it, so there is that. :p

    Almost an hour and 1/2. Wow! Strong work.

    Day 40: 15 mins Zumba, 30 min walk, then planks & tried both "Sworkit" then "7", both short exercise apps using only body. I love vacation! Can do things in my own schedule, so trying a few different things out, so am ready to return to work.

    I was working with a challenging class of pre-schoolers and I really REALLY needed to de-stress, lol!

    I totally failed at my arm and ab challenge. Stopped that a while ago to start lifting heavier. I'm totally ok with that instead right now. Had Zumba today and it was great.

    Good for you on still moving, even if your challenges tanked.

    I borrowed zumba from the Library and I'm going to give it a shot!

    57 minute workout from beachbody's slim in six series. This one focused on the lower half. My glutes are toast, lol! Good thing I'm not working with pre-schoolers tomorrow.

    Day 41: visited very good friend all afternoon. So walked 15 mins. Did great in social situation today. Ate well & stayed in control.
