    72 minutes of upper body strength and zumba. My first time trying it, did it with my 17year old.

    Hi everyone! I see a lot of new faces, that's great! I haven't logged in for about two weeks. My days and nights have been totally crazy with work. Now I'm recovering and getting back into my normal rhythm. For exercise I walked my dogs every day and that was it. Anyway I'm picking up where I left off and that was day 26. So finally starting over, today is my day 27 and I was weight lifting and did 30 min cardio on my bike. Me happy :)

    50 minutes of Les Mills combat (from beachbody) cardio. So lots of kicking and punching. I sweated!

    Thanks, as long as I keep moving like walking at work instead of sitting at my desk. I guess I feel bad bc I haven't gone to the gym. I actually enjoy working out, just been so tired from being mentally drained at work.

    Did 60 minutes of slim in six (another beachbody program).

    I think tomorrow I'm due for a Leslie Sansone and give my body a rest. I've done some intense workouts the last few days.

    Feel pretty good but tired. Zumba for an hour, followed by weightlifting then finished off with 20 minute interval on the elliptical. I should've lifted forst but I couldn't make it to the gym before the zumba class.

    Where did you get the dumbbell fitness plan? In 30 days you will have incredible abs, arms bootie and core. Amazing workouts!! :)

    Everyone is doing such a great job and thanks for the encouragement! Yesterday was my day 28 and we went on a small hiking tour for two hours and autumn is beautiful! Today I'm doing my weight lifting program.
