Started the low impact program so I can hopefully baby my ankle back to better health.0 -

Day 34- 15 minutes weights (upper body), 10 minutes stretching, 14 minutes pilates, 14 minutes low impact aerobics.
Changing my routine around to give my ankle a chance to heal. I'm missing the intense pace of some of those beach body programs!0 -

Day 35- 40 minutes of easy calisthenics (mostly leg and bun based), stretching and some back strengthening exercises.
The swelling is down on my ankle.0 -

Day 36- 55 minutes Les Mills combat. My low impact program had a 25 minutes of kickboxing scheduled, so wanting to do a bit more, i went ahead and did Les Mills. I love that program.

Hi ! I did this before, lost 28lbs!! Gained 40lbs back over 2 years (sob) but am on it again, I'm on day 13 and 7lbs down :):) This is the first time I've seen a drop in ages so I'm really happy, add me and we will do this together!0

Day 39, woot woot- Leg day! It was all about various squats and deadlifts at my house! Well there was that 8 minute HIIT before I hit the weights.0

Anyone can start this challenge at Anytime.. I keep starting and stopping.. But I move everyday0
