Raining today.. Start juicing it today to detox and get my food cravings GONE!! Going to the gym so that will make it Day 2 of my restart of the challenge.
I am glad to see a lot of new faces joining the challenge.

Day 67-45 minutes Les mills combat, power kata
Day 68- combined 50 minutes of Leslie Sansone and 40 minutes of barre work, which I counted as pilates.0 -

You should try fitness blender online, their ultimate squat challenge. All kinds of squats!

Day 69 (well day 169, cause it's my second time through. ) 30 minutes walking with 10 minutes of jogging (broken up in about 2 minute increments)0

Day 70. Ugh, I have a cold, so my exercise is most definitely off the next few days. So today, a 50 minute Leslie Sansone. My goal, to move at least 30 minutes every day, what I do tomorrow will depend on how I'm feeling. If I'm worse, tomorrow will be a stretching day. Today I had planned on kettlebells but obviously that is off the table until I'm better. It's low key the next few days.0

Yay for 172 continuous days of exercise!!!!
Unfortunately I'll have to start over in a day or two. I am getting worse and it's time to back off and just heal. I will start again just as soon as I can and maybe, just maybe, I can outdo my current count of 172. It's a challenge I need to take on!

Day 1- 20 minutes slow walk.
I don't know kind of virus I had, but it kicked my butt. Still gunky lungs, so starting moving again really slow.0 -
Day 3: walked 3.6 miles, cleaned out a pond(!), groomed my horse for 30 mins0
