    Day 3
Treadmill run, hills. Too rainy/snowy to be outside. Oh well, April showers... You know the drill

Treadmills were invented for rainy days! Good for you on getting your workout done.

Day 23- Trying to help my 15 year old be more active, she loves Leslie Sansone, so you'll probably see a lot more Leslie from me. 40 minutes (3-ish miles) Leslie (my daughter did 2 miles of that). 15 minutes kettlebell and 9 minutes stretching.

Hi. I am in on this challenge. We will call Saturday my day 1.
Sat 4/9 (Day 1) - Swimming, Pool Running, 3 mile walk
Sun 4/10 (Day 2) - Roller skating for 30 minutes, 30 minute walk
    Mon 14/11(Day 3) - 2 hour walk, 3 sets of 10 crunches

Anyone in this challenge, please feel free to add me. I would like to see other people's food diaries and exercises for ideas. I also posted a 6 week challenge for ab workouts. It is for beginners and wimps like me. I hate ab exercises more than anything, so hosting a challenge will hopefully give me accountability and motivation.

Welcome! This isn't a very active challenge right now, but I enjoy the daily reminder to get my activity in. I look forward to getting to know you. :)

I am having a rough food day.
Before I read about it in the PCOS for Dummies book, I always thought it was just a problem with me....but knowing that PCOS is what is causing this urge to binge eat on occasion helps me ignore and control it. Now instead of feeling like I have piss poor self control and am a self-sabatager, I understand the urge is actually chemically induced. Lets me feel I am in control of myself again, and helps me know the hunger pains are not really me being hungry, but my out of whack system telling me lies. I will continue to eat as normal and increase my water intake, and give the finger to these lies from my tummy.

Thank you! Been soooooo busy and in some ways it's been a frustrating week. I feel so much more relaxed after really pouring myself into that workout.

I have been working out and doing really well on my calorie intake, even on my cheat days....but tonight I fell off the wagon. Kind of disappointed in myself, but compared to what I WANTED to eat, I still had impressive self control. Especially considering my PCOS induced binge urge today. Hope to sleep that crap off. Ready for bed and to wake up to a new day and new beginning.

My workout sessions have become too long. Could not update in here. I lost track of days. But. I made sure not sit on my *kitten* & asking it to workout. Check my diary out, it's open :)
