I see there is a few new people.. Welcome!! I keep yo yo dieting also.. This is a great community and great support and motivation. I started the group and I keep starting and stopping with the exercise/gym, but my Fitbit helps to remind me that I walk about 3 miles a day because of my job, so at least I am not sitting all day.

I do active rest days, so yes I exercise everyday but every 4-5 days, i make it lighter day with light cardio, stretching, yoga, walking, that sort of thing. I do this especially after HIIT, super long workouts or weights (although that sometimes means resting that area, i might do upper body one day and lower body the next.)
