Day 51- had an asthma attack and was still wheezy so my kettlebell plans went out the window. I opted to do a 53 minutes Leslie Sansone (that I kept lower intensity), 10 minutes abs and 8 minutes stretching.

5/11 (day 16) - I was *this* close to not exercising today.... I wasn't able to this morning, and I was feeling blah tonight. But I made myself find an incline interval workout for the treadmill & get it done! I did 2 miles at 15:29 pace. And so glad I did!0
