Day 88-55 minute Les Mills combat.
I'm happy to say I am definitely fitter. Last time I did the ballet workout, I had some twinges that made moving the next day challenging. Today, I was able to do Les mills and all the kicking without a problem even though it was the day after the ballet workout.0 -

I was *so* over my calories yesterday but I DID get my exercise in! 50 minutes of Leslie Sansone. Today, I think Les Mills and tracking. Whew. Back to the grind.
