5/24 (day 29) - 40 minute incline interval treadmill workout, 25 minute Fitness Blender stretch & sculpt workout, 55 minutes elliptical.
5/25 (day 30) - 3.32 mile walk with dogs at 14:27 pace.0 -

Day 66 - 53 minutes Leslie Sansone followed by a heavenly 30 minute stretching routine on fitness blender. I love active rest days!0

5/27 (day 32) - 1.25 mile walk with dogs, & about 3 & half hours work on my family's ranch... Ended the day with over 25,000 steps on my Fitbit.
5/28 (day 33) - 2.51 mile hike with my daughter & dogs. Plus two shorter 1 mile hikes (one in morning, one in evening).
We're away for the holiday weekend & my food tracking is lacking, but I'm trying to be mindful of what I eat & how much I move my body.0 -

Still recovering from a messed up knee, so light cardio (and loooots of walking) and upper-body machine work only for now, on physio's orders. On pain of... more pain, probably.1 -
