Going to have to go to the gym SUPER late today because I had an 8-mile round trip walk to the hospital (ironically, having to walk PAST another hospital on the way there), got home at 6pm, and have a grocery shop being delivered 8-9pm which isn't enough time to walk there, work out, and walk back. So... guess I'm going at night then.
Prayer circle that the grocery dude comes closer to 8pm than 9pm because I am already Very Tired.

Haha! I've always walked everywhere. I can't drive (never had a lesson, and lived in major cities all my life where it's unnecessary anyway), cycling hurts my hips, and I'm too cheap to pay for the (admittedly great, because city) public transport. If it's less than 5 miles each way, I'll just suck it up.
Got a nice 10-mile-round walk along the Clyde walkway - which is a lovely riverside path which I think is actually like 50-60 miles long in entirety? - planned today but no other actual ~exercise
Yesterday:

Went out to Lochwinnoch and had a 9ish mile walk out there, then went out in the city until about 6am.0 -

Today will be my Day 1!
Daily exercise has not been a habit, and it was usually the item on my daily to do list that didn't get checked off.
I am hoping that this will change with inspiration from you!1 -

6/11 (day 47) - 3.23 miles on the treadmill at 15:28 pace, focused on incline intervals.
6/12 (day 48) - 1 mile walk with my little girl
6/14 (day 49) - 3.07 mile walk with the dogs at a 14:58 pace.
Tomorrow is day 50!!!!!0 -

I applaud you. I super don't have the patience so I only do it once a week (on Sunday, when I'm varying shades of hungover)

I love yoga! Due to ankle problems, I can only tolerate, at most 20 minutes at a time but I'm trying to throw that in at the end of my workout 5 or so times a week.
