6/27 (day 64) - 2.45 miles on the treadmill, focusing on incline. 17:08 minute pace. 10 minute fitness blender standing abs workout.

Between a weekend getaway, & work being absolutely crazy, I've had to do my workouts at night the last couple of days & I don't like it!! This challenge is really all that's keeping me exercising right now!

Just do the best you can! I've had crazy, travel to a different state, get home really late and barely get that workout in days. Keep going forward and if the day is super crazy, it's okay to throw a light exercise for your own sanity.

    Thank you @krce! You're next!

Day 1. 40 minutes Leslie Sansone, 20 minutes Barre work (My BUTT!) and stretching of course. I wanted to do kettlebells but we painted the kitchen this am and with small appliances, canning jars, lots of breakable things all along the wall in the room I work out in, I needed something a little safer. ;)

Day 2 Odd workout day. officially I went on a half hour walk with running spurts. (my running spurts were few and far between,) unofficially I was on a ladder for two hours picking cherries. It was quite a bit of work.

Day 4- 53 minutes Leslie Sansone walking, 10 minutes ab work and 8 minute stretch. I'm thinking a nice walk if it's a cool evening would be good as well.

Day 7- An hour Leslie Sansone. Frankly I was exhausted, so no kettlebells today. However, last nights evening stroll was so refreshing, I may need to do that again tonight.
