    My ribs are hurting so I skipped kettlebells today

    Hello, I am glad there are so many people still joining and thank you peeps for welcoming all the newcomers.
    I have not been logging my exercises yet I have been standing and walking a lot at my new job. So I am moving. Need to get back to the gym.

    Slow day today. Was really tired after yesterday/last night so just vegged after yoga.

    Day 78- 15 minutes running stairs and a good half hour crossing rope bridges, tons of work!

    Day 79- 83 minutes Leslie Sansone and 32 minutes intensive stretching. The stretching was super needed after the rope bridges yesterday, my goodness, sore calves!

    Day 80- 20 minutes or so of walking with a friend, 53 minutes of Leslie Sansone, 22 minutes upper body strength and 5 minutes stretching.

    Going to have to go to the gym SUPER late today because I had an 8-mile round trip walk to the hospital (ironically, having to walk PAST another hospital on the way there), got home at 6pm, and have a grocery shop being delivered 8-9pm which isn't enough time to walk there, work out, and walk back. So... guess I'm going at night then.

    Prayer circle that the grocery dude comes closer to 8pm than 9pm because I am already Very Tired.
