100 Day Exercise Challenge

Day 56- 40 minutes Leslie Sansone (5K!) 10 minutes fitness blender standing abs and 8 minutes stretching.0

Day 57- 83 minutes fitness blender 1000 calorie workout. I did 6 minutes warm up, 25- HIIT (which I had to dial down), 10 minutes core, 20 minutes strength, 15 minutes cardio, 7 minutes cool down and stretching.
Estimating what I cut down on, I burned just under 500 calories.1 -
5/16 (day 21) - 3.18 miles with dogs at 14:58 pace.
5/17 (day 22) - 1.28 miles with dogs at 16:28 pace, 37 Fitness Blender kickboxing workout.
PS - I won my workout challenge at work! I worked out at least 30 minutes/day for 42 days, beating 11 coworkers!!1 -
I'm in! Today will be day 2 for me
I'm also training for my first 5k, so this will a good motivator to keep at it.
