    Day 88- Had an 80 minute walk with my mom. Had a great pace the first two laps but my moms knees were bugging her, so the last lap (hilly terrain) was a bit more relaxed when going uphill.

    Day 17 (17/6): Steps 14,068 // Miles 6.91 // Cal burn 1,212 // 3hr 22 // Walking + 1 hour personal training + 45 min 11% incline treadmill walk

    Taking a long walk out to Seven Lochs tomorrow, so that should be nice.

    Day18 (m) walked 8.40mi/17,925 steps
    30 min Dumbbell Routine.
    Day 19 (m) walked 4.15mi
    Day 19 (e) walked 5.85 mi 20,984 steps
    Day 20 (m) walked 5.40mi
    Day 20 (e) walked 5.20mi/21,939 steps
    W/20lb vest

    Day 89- 55 minute Les Mills Combat. It was fantastic!

    6/18 (day 54) - not feeling well at all today, but made myself go out for a 1.75 mile walk with the dogs. Hopefully tomorrow I'll be feeling better!!

    Day 18 (18/6): Steps 46,544 // Miles 23 // Cal burn 1,826 // 6hr 34 // Walking

    Walked to the train station (just over 1mi), 15.5 mile walk around Seven Lochs, then went out to a few bars with friends (walking around the city) before a 2 mile walk home.

    Day 90- 53 minutes Leslie Sansone, 20 minutes kettlebells, 8 minute cool down and stretch. The kettlebells were more upper body strength.

    6/19 (day 55) - 30 minute walk with dogs (forgot to start my GPS, so I think I went about 2 miles) & 45 minutes push mowing

    Day 91- hiking. I'm not sure how much hiking but we're spending the day in Yellowstone. :) I love hiking in Yellowstone, it's my favorite all time exercise. :smiley:

    6/20 (day 56) - 3.22 mile walk with the dogs at a 15:09 pace

    6/21 (day 57) - 3.72 mile walk with the dogs at a 14:45 pace.

    Good for you! I made it to 179 days before I had to take a break for a few days because I was very sick.

    Day 93- a five mile Leslie Sansone (80 minutes or so) and a 45 minute leisurely bike ride.

    Day 94- 40 minute Leslie, 20 minutes upper body focused kettle bells, 10 minutes abs and 8 minutes stretching.

    I may, possibly go for a bike ride this evening with my hubs.

    6/25 (day 62) - 22,000+ steps at an amusement park & 1 hour swimming with the kids! Vacation weekend :)

    6/26 (day 63) - travel day, so lots of sitting in the car. Almost called it a day, but got out & walked 1.25 miles with the dogs at 9pm!

    Day 24 (24/6): Steps 676 // Miles 0.33 // Cal burn 135 // 30 min // Yoga. Stayed up all night Thur for EU referendum results, so skipped gym on Friday through sheer tiredness.

    Day 25 (25/6): Steps 32,092 // Miles 15.71 // Cal burn 1,419 // 4hr 20 // Walking - climbed 1,600ft hill along with approx. 5 mile walk each way to and from said hill

    Day 26 (26/6): Steps 13,159 // Miles 6.73 // Cal burn 546 // 2 hr // Walking

    Yeah, didn't do that, lol. I ended up doing 53 minutes walking, (Leslie again, rut?) 30 minutes kettlebells off fitness blender and 8 minute cool down.

    I made sure to do a different kettlebell routine so I could get some different exercises in.
