    Day 29: walked 4 miles, 10 burpees, 4 mins aerobic warm up, 10 mins Pilates, 10 mins mild stretching (blogliates stretching vid)

    Lowest of the low. Someone asked if I was pregnant yesterday. Day 1 - sit ups and push ups.

    Started the low impact program so I can hopefully baby my ankle back to better health.

    Changing my routine around to give my ankle a chance to heal. I'm missing the intense pace of some of those beach body programs!
