Day 5- 45 minutes of Tae Bo1

8/4 (day 1) - 4.46 mile walk with the dogs at a 15:34 pace; 60 minute yoga class.
I'm so excited to add yoga to my workouts twice a week! I've done two classes & just love it!1 -
Day 35- I haven't done it yet, but Leslie Sansone is in my near future, with some fitness blender kettlebells.
We are camping this weekend, leaving tomorrow, so I won't be back on until Monday. I'm anticipating LOTS of hiking while I'm gone.2 -

8/5 (day 2) - 3.66 miles with the dogs at a 15:00 pace. Did a new route this morning & it was a nice change up!1

Forgot to enter yesterday. Day 6- 45 minutes of Tae Bo and 30 minute leisurely walk.1

Day 8 - Leslie Sansone Super Burn.
I actually don't burn many calories with this one so I may do a 30 minute walk after kiddo's birthday party today. Hostessing will probably keep me on my feet a lot too.2 -
8/6 (day 3) - 2.61 mile walk with the dogs at a 14:49 pace; charity 5k with my daughter at a 15:04 pace (and this mom could not be more proud of her!!!).

Day 7- 45 minutes Jillian Michaels No More Trouble Zones, 40 minute leisurely walk, 100 crunches, 60 squats and 40 second plank.1

8/7 (day 4) - 3.8 mile walk at a 16:52 pace. Took my daughter & a friend (& the always present dog ) up to check out the new school they'll be starting next week.1

8/8 (day 5) - 4.49 mile walk with the dogs at a 15:41 pace.1

Day 36- hiked for about 40 minutes
Day 37- more hiking, including 15 minutes of climbing up a super steep mountain.
Day 38- back home and was exhausted but managed a 45 minute walk around the neighborhood after it cooled off.
Day 39- 70 minutes Leslie Sansone (total of five miles worth)
I am going to start a new job on the 16th, so I'll have to rework how I fit workouts in.2 -
Day 10 - Leslie Sansone 5 mega miles and a 1.5 mile trail walk around the lake with hubs and kiddo0
