My daughter and I are joining this challenge together. She is too young to have her own Fitnesspal page so I will record her workouts with mine.
August 8
CCB - day 1 - 42 minutes of walking dog

8/9 (day 6) - 3.2 mile walk with the dogs this morning at a 15:58 pace.
Have to miss my yoga class today due to the kids having back to school "stuff" going on, but am going to try to get a FitnessBlender or other yoga workout in this evening.

Day 11 - walk away the pounds 30 min walk + 1 mile walk + 17 minutes of zumba dance, dance, dance (really need some new shoes for doing zumba that allow for all the twisty movements)1

I LOVE how active we are right now! I've spent months being basically the only one recording and man, this is just great! Love how motivating it is to have you all here!

Who wants to join me a challenge that saw someone post on another site. You need to exercise for 100 days straight no matter how you feel or what the weather is like. I believe exercise is the key to my success because when I don't workout I feel sluggish and want to eat. If is not that eat the wrong kind of food, it is that I eat too much. When you exercise you eat less or the correct portions. So, please post and lets motivate each other.
This sounds like a great challenge! I would like to join, my 1st day is tomorrow!4 -

CCB Day 2 -30 minutes of dance
MOM Day 2- 30 minute of keddlebell

CCB- day 3 - walked dog 2 miles
MOM - day 3 - walked dog 2 miles

Day 12 - Leslie Sansone 5k with a twist + 12 Minute Indoor Power Walk (Jessica Smith TV)2

Day 41- Beachbody's slim in six. 78 minutes long.
Not my favorite, but I figure, I've been in a rut and needed to mix it up.4 -
8/10 (day 7) - 4.17 miles at a 15:11 pace. Dogs were in tow, of course2

Day 2 - YogaX , walked 1.5 miles, and 30 min spin class.

8/11 (day 8) - 4.07 mile walk with the dogs at a 15:25 pace.3

My daughter has bad abdominal cramps today but did not want to back out of the challenge!! She walk with me and the the dog for one mile. I am very proud of her, she exercised even when she DID NOT FEEL like it!! Good job CCB.
CCB- day 4 - walked one mile with dog while not feeling good at all.
MOM- day 4 - walked one mile with dog and 25 minutes of Taebo.4 -
