    Day 11 - 75 minutes - walking

    Day 26- 37 minutes Core de force MMA shred plus walking at work, about 6,000 steps.

    Day 15: Stairmaster - Dusted it off, plugged it in ;) then 10 minutes. 30 minutes interval intensity Treadmill. 10 minutes upper body weights and crunches. So excited to be able to get back on the Stairmaster!

    Day 32- Leslie Sansone, walk away the pounds
    Day 33- Core de Force MMA Shred. Had an asthma attack 14 minutes in, took my inhaler and limped through the rest.
    Day 34- Leslie Sanone, about 34 minutes. My lungs are still puny from yesterday, so I'm calling it good.
