Day 8- 53 minute Les Mills Combat, ultimate warrior! It was a kick @$$ type of day!1

Day 7 -- 30-minute outdoor walk
Day 8 -- 45-min push mowing0 -
7/10 (day 76) - have a raging ear infection going on . Did a one mile walk with the dogs - that's all I could manage today. Antibiotics have been started so I'm hopeful I'll wake up feeling better tomorrow!0

Day 9- yeah, I don't remember exactly. It was in front of the tv and it was cardio and I sweated for about an hour.
Day 10- 40 minute walk
Day 11- was out of town, did get a 30 minute Leslie in. Will kick it up tomorrow.

Day 12, 40 minutes Leslie Sansone, 20 minutes kettlebells and 8 minutes stretching.0

I'm going to have to drop out temporarily. I am not done working until late today, and I will have no time to exercise. I will restart sometime later. Keep it up everyone!!!0

Day 13, Leslie Sansone, 5 Big miles! 88 minutes long.1

7/14 (day 80) - 4.14 mile walk with the dogs at a 15:11 pace.0

Day 14, 53 minutes Leslie Sansone, I bumped it so a good 20 minutes was aerobic (jogging, jumping), 10 minutes standing ab work plus an 8 minute stretch and cool down.
