CCB - walk a mile and did 15 minutes of strength and flexabilty training for dance

Well, I'm starting over today - took a few days off for a few different reasons, but mostly because I just kind of needed to reset! I'm glad I completed my first 100 days, but I was struggling with my second set. I took off two days, & I woke up this morning feeling ready to go & commit!
8/17 (day 1) - 4.02 mile walk with the dogs at a 15:07 pace.4 -

8/19 (day 3) - 3.11 mile walk with the dogs at a 15:25 pace, 20 minute morning yoga. I found a new channel on YouTube that has a lot of yoga videos on it.... Yoga with Adriene. And I am loving it! I do yoga classes two days a week, but wanted to do it at home a couple of days a week, too. She is very gentle & positive (at least in what I've seen so far), & that is exactly what I was looking for.

19.08 day one! I saw this post yesterday and thought, wow! What a great way to motivate people to do more exercise! So I did an hour of bodypump and 15 minutes of yoga :-D 99days to go4
