    Day 40- upper arm weights plus a half hour of walking with my 14 year old.
    Day 41- pilates, leg based but 100 squats and of course some great stretches. :)

    I am so in for this. Just starting my exercise program. Have lost 47 pounds total so far and finally able to move. Now I want to make exercise another new habit I add to my lifestyle.
    Day 1 20 minutes strength training, 40 minutes walking
    Day 2 40 minutes walking (and one tired dog)

    I would love to join this challenge too! My day one was last Tuesday Feb 9th. Just completed Day 8! 35 minutes on the treadmill and burned 360 calories. Thanks for this!

    15 minutes climbing stairs at work (I ran mostly but i counted them as climbing.
    28 minutes weights, calisthenics.
    14 stretching, upper body.
