I do active rest days, so yes I exercise everyday but every 4-5 days, i make it lighter day with light cardio, stretching, yoga, walking, that sort of thing. I do this especially after HIIT, super long workouts or weights (although that sometimes means resting that area, i might do upper body one day and lower body the next.)
