CCB - Ran for warm up and then played kickball.
MOM - walked 2.5 miles with dog and friend.

CCB - walked a mile and dance flexibility for 15 minutes
MOM - only walked a mile but I spend 13 hours helping my husband install a backslash in my kitchen. We thought it would only take 8 hours. I was happy to sneak in the mile. I was tired after being on my feet for 13 hours.0 -
Day 65 (yesterday) an hour hike outside of town with my bestie and our dogs.
Day 66, a half hour "Slim in Six" but I pulled a muscle the other day and the glute work in the "Slim in six" was too much, so I switched and an addition 40 minutes of Leslie Sansone.1 -
9/4 (day 18) - 60 minutes yoga (35 minute yoga for detox, 25 yoga for back)1

Day 67- 40 minutes fitness blender low impact (trying to find stuff that won't aggravate my pulled glute muscle, which is still a little sore) Followed by 40 minutes 3 mile Leslie Sansone.

Sounds like a good and flexible challenge - I will start tomorrow - which I think will have me complete by December 14?2
