    Day 76-Leslie Sansone 3 miles, 46 minutes total. Wednesday is my CRAZY day, so it'll have to be shorter workouts Wednesday.

    CCB - kickball and 2 mile walk
    MOM - 2 mile walk

    Day 35
    CCB - kickball
    MOM - 2 mile walk

    Day 36
    CCB - walked and ran a mile
    MOM - lame day but did 1 mile. I have a head cold and that was the best I could do today.

    CCB - kickball
    MOM - 2 mile walk

    Day 36
    CCB - walked and ran a mile
    MOM - lame day but did 1 mile. I have a head cold and that was the best I could do today.

    As krce so wisely pointed out to me a few days ago, what's lame today at one point would have been kicked your (my, cause she was talking to me) butt. So remember where you were and those lame days won't look so lame. (totally paraphrasing here, sorry!)

    Day 8 - walked 23 minutes - this is my lunchtime walk - wish I could report more. I do have to remind myself that this is a marathon not a sprint.

    I'm not a huge fan of slim in six, but it's a good way of shaking things up. The workout without weights and works the most oblique work is my favorite of all of them.

    Day 77- Leslie Sansone walk away the pounds. I did the 4 mile walk, redoing the first mile for five miles total.

    Day 79- 45 minute fitness blender kettlebell and ab/oblique workout. :)

    I have had an extremely busy week with working OT and no exercise. Today I finally got some exercise in.

    Day 1 -- 77 min including lawn mowing AND and outdoor walk.

    Day 37
    CCB- 1.5 mile and 1/2 hour of abdominal exercises
    MOM- still fighting my cold CCB helped me walk 1.5 miles.

    Day 38 -
    CCB - 2 miles
    MOM - 2 miles

    Day 39
    CCB - 1/2 abdominal exercises and dance flexibility
    MOM - 15 minute strength and 1 mile walk

    Day 10 - 10% through! Went to the gym and did bike and rowing for cardio and some weights. :smile:

    Starting over..... :neutral:

    Friday was a bad day, & I basically felt sorry for myself over the weekend! Onward & upward, though! :)

    9/19 (day 1) - 3.3 mile walk with the dogs.... not sure on the time or exact distance - part of my bad day on Friday was dropping my phone in water... so I don't have access to my MapMyWalk app until my replacement phone comes later this week!

    @krce Sorry to hear about the phone!

    Day 11 - at the gym - bike and weights.

    I'm not sure if there are any rules on missed days? I am finding this tougher than I expected and think I probably committed to it rather soon on my return to being active. But I want to try to stick with it anyway because it's good for me to have this as an intention. Plus it has made me look at and track my pattern of activity - which is good.

    I want to try to mix it up a bit, but tend to find something I like and get into a rut.

    Day 80- Ran/walk alternating for 80 minutes total.
    Day 81 - 53 minutes Leslie Sansone.

    Day 12 at the gym - walking on the treadmill and rowing and some upper body weights. Struggled with it today, not sure why.

    Okay, first day back at it again. I hope to get a good streak going finally.

    Day 1 -- 76-min outdoor bike ride -- 15.32 miles -- 571 cals burned

    Day 13 @ the gym - biking, weights, rowing.
    I realized that yesterday I was so focused on doing something different that I didn't do what I enjoy and didn't really push it to get the endorphins moving and didn't have a good workout! Lesson learned.

    Day- 82, Leslie Sansone 5 big miles! About 75 minutes, I ended early.

    Day-83, Leslie Sansone 3 mile walk (43 minutes)

    No exercise yesterday. It was too rainy yesterday, and I worked some OT. I'll post when I have a nice streak going.
