    CCB - 40 minute circuit training
    MOM - 1 mile and 10 weigh training

    Day 44
    CCB - rocket ball
    MOM - 1.5 mile walk with dog and husband

    Day 14 - 20 minutes walking - busy day!

    Need to catch up!

    9/20 (day 2) - 2.8 mile walk in the morning, 1.3 mile walk over lunch

    9/21 (day 3) - 4.06 mile walk at a 15:20 pace (finally got my replacement phone on this day & was ridiculously excited to have my walking app back! lol)

    9/22 (day 4) - 4.03 mile walk at a 15:54 pace

    Still need to get in today's exercise. Hope everyone has a great Friday!!

    Walking my dogs is about 90% of my workouts! :)

    Day 15 - at the gym Bike / Weights and Rowing :)

    Day 45
    CCB - walked and jogged over 2 miles. (This challenge has been good for her I am seeing the muscles in her legs toning!)
    MOM - walked 2 miles and did 25 minutes of cardio.

    Day 85- slim in six, 78 minute workout

    Day 86- 80 minute walk

    Day 16 at the gym Bike, upper body weights and rowing. I don't like doing upper body weights, but it was good to do them. Muscles are feeling a little shaky so I really should do it more often. Bumped into a friend at the gym also which was a bonus.

    Day-87 Forty minute Leslie Sansone followed by 30 minutes of stretching. I was a bit stiff and could have used more but it was better than nothing.

    CCB - one mile walk
    MOM - 1 1/2 mile walk

    Day 47
    CCB and MOM - 2 mile walk.

    Day 17 - at the gym - Bike, weights (mostly lower body) and rowing. Tried out a new machine but have no idea what it was called so can't share!

    Ok, I have a bit of a streak going...

    Day 1 -- 1-1/2-hr outdoor walk -- 458 cals burned
    Day 2 -- 2-1/2-hr outdoor bike ride -- 31.73 miles -- 1170 cals burned
    Day 3 -- 25-minute outdoor walk
    Day 4 -- 50-min lawn mowing (318 cals burned) and a couple extra outdoor walks

    Day 2: Beast Bulk Chest (30mins) & T25 Beta - Dynamic core (25mins)

    Day 18 - quick 45 mins at the gym - caught the last 15 minutes of a spin class and some upper body weights. I was really feeling angry after a really long day at work and the workout was just what I needed. Much happier now.

    I am in. I have been exercising for as long as I can remember though. But still, here goes. Counting today as the first day of the 100 day.

    Day 1- 27th September - Insanity Cardio Power and Resistance + 2 miles running at a mod pace. 7.5mph

    CCB and MOM- took a 2 mile walk together with the dog.

    CCB - first day of dance class for the fall. 45 minutes of ballet bar and positions. She came out saying her legs were burning.

    MOM - 20 minutes body weight workout from Microsoft band workouts.

    Day 2 - Training for Ultimate for 4 hours straight, 3 miles run at 7.5mph. Totally drained out of energy right now.

    Day 20 - 35 minute spin class and 15 minutes of weights :)
