            7/30 (day 96) - 2 mile walk this morning to support the pancreatic cancer awareness foundation; 1.53 mile hike this evening with my daughter. On vacation & it feels wonderful!!!1

 Day 31- Walking, I went for 70 minutes1

            7/31 (day 97) - 1 mile hike this morning; spent a few hours at the lake swimming & walking the beach; 1.25 mile hike this evening. Lovely, active day!!1

            8/1 (day 98) - 1.5 mile hike this morning, a hour picking choke cherries with my son (and crawling around back in those thickets is work! Lol!).
 Not a super active day, but with the hike this morning I'm counting it 1 1

 Tomorrow will bring day 1 again! 1 1

            8/4 (day 1) - 4.46 mile walk with the dogs at a 15:34 pace; 60 minute yoga class.
 I'm so excited to add yoga to my workouts twice a week! I've done two classes & just love it!1

            Day 35- I haven't done it yet, but Leslie Sansone is in my near future, with some fitness blender kettlebells.
 We are camping this weekend, leaving tomorrow, so I won't be back on until Monday. I'm anticipating LOTS of hiking while I'm gone. 2 2
