    Day 2 (19.03.16) - walked 4 miles

    Day 1- 20 minutes slow walk.

    I don't know kind of virus I had, but it kicked my butt. Still gunky lungs, so starting moving again really slow.

    Day 3: walked 3.6 miles, cleaned out a pond(!), groomed my horse for 30 mins

    Day 2- 35 minutes intensive stretching.

    The following has become my regular exercise
    60 mins Road cycling
    30 mins Rope jumping
    30 mins HIIT
    30 day Squat challenge.

    Day 3- 37 minutes of fitness blender "lean mean legs" followed by a 7 minutes cool down.

    Day 6- five minutes of warm up, 48 minutes upper body strength, it was (KILLER!) followed by a five minute cool down. Also did an extra 14 minutes of stretching.

    Day 7- 25 minutes low impact lower body based aerobics, 20 minutes of barre work and 15 minutes of stretching.

    Day 11- 45 minutes Les Mills combat. I was going to do kettlebells today but I needed to de-stress with some really fun cardio today. I can do kettlebells tomorrow.

    Day 12- 25 minutes cardio, 12 minutes kettlebells and 5 minute cool down. It was a fitness blender kind of day.
