Day 7, due to circumstances beyond my control, I was unable to do a regular workout. So while my son was having a meltdown and refusing to do his work, I opted to stay at his school and not take him home for 45 minutes until he was closer to done. To pass the time, I ran a flight of stairs 31 times.
I plan on doing some pilates shortly to round out my day.
