And Day 100 for me. 40 minutes of chest strength training and mild calisthenics.
Tomorrow, I'm starting again because I want the changes in my life to be permanent. And a healthier life time isn't made in just 100 days. So tomorrow, Day one all over again because I am worth it.0 -

Hi I know it's a bit late but I would love to join this challenge. I am currently starting to familiarise with mfp and my Fitbit. It would great to have encouragement and buddies to do this with.
