    I have a new weight program, I'm going to alternate between the weights and Les Mills cardio.

    And Day 100 for me. 40 minutes of chest strength training and mild calisthenics.

    Tomorrow, I'm starting again because I want the changes in my life to be permanent. And a healthier life time isn't made in just 100 days. So tomorrow, Day one all over again because I am worth it.

    I just finished my 100 days yesterday but am starting again today. :)

    So day one, 60 minutes of Leslie Sansone walk away the pounds.

    Hi I know it's a bit late but I would love to join this challenge. I am currently starting to familiarise with mfp and my Fitbit. It would great to have encouragement and buddies to do this with.

    I am here and I started this community for accountability and works great.. But I haven't gone to the gym constantly and I have 100 to lose :)
