Day 70, I'm feeling rather puny, I kept it uber light with 15 minutes of a slow walk and 15 minutes stretching. Tomorrow hopefully I'll feel up to something great.0

Day 71 30 minute les mills combat "kick start"
I definitely am still puny, couldn't put in full effort but did what I could and felt good about it.0 -
Day 64: walked >4000 steps. Went grocery shopping alone! It was soooo nice.
Day 65: worked. Walked >5000 steps. Pushed cart only some. About 10 mins. Coworker pushed it most of night. But got to go up/downstairs about 6 flights.0 -
Day 66: walked >6000 steps. Christmas shopped. I thought no 4 hours in Walmart with family (& everyone else's!) should count. I thought know I burned 1000 calories dodging other shoppers! Lol!
Day 67: caught cold from other shoppers. Feel lower than dirt. Only got in 2700 or so steps. Hope didn't share this bug...cooked stuff for this coming week, though. About an hour or so over the stove. Yummy comfort food: soup!!

Day 68: several staircase. Starting deep clean... At least an hour. And 5700 steps or so. I'll have 10,000 a day soon....
Day 69: Have been deep cleaning home all day. Also, moving heavy furniture up & down stairs, alone. Hubby broke foot, & appraisers come Fri. So not even sure how long @ each. Guessing 60 mins or so each, when all is said & done.

Day 74, I did a 10-minute solutions workout based on toning. So 10 minutes legs, 10 minutes, arms/chest/upper back, 10 minutes buns, 10 minutes abs and 10 minutes of a power stretch.

Day 75 40 minute Leslie Sansone. Since my buns and hamstrings are a little sore from yesterday, I declared today a recovery day! So light cardio it was.
The good news, I was itching to get moving so that week and a half crud that hung on, looks like I finally shook it. Also a non scale victory, I was able to put on a pair of pants that I haven't worn in over a year. They're a little snug but not uncomfortable. I think 5-10 more pounds and they'll fit perfectly.
I feel pretty darn sexy with them on.0 -
