Day 20 & 21: walks are faster & still cover 2 miles. Several flights of stairs today, and even More tomorrow! Feel great! Great going all! I get so inspired to move more everyday by your posts.

I'm home again, so I'll keep up better with you pals. Just soooooo tiring @ conferences. 13-14 hour days, then add a few hours networking. I love these, so inspiring, but they wear you out!! Never get more than 4-5 hours of sleep. I'm like a kid, afraid I'll miss something! Everyone is doing so well! So many different…

Day 18: home from Atlanta after 1/2 day @ conference. 10 or so flights of stairs, >9000 steps, including dancing @ the airport to karaoke. Hilarious groups @ the airport! Day 19: just glad to sleep in my bed! Played catch up shopping with hubby, unpacked swag from conference, relaxed a little. >9500 steps & 50 mins…

Day 17: another 12,500+ steps today. Chose stairs when possible. Got a little nervous to feel the round staircase move with people walking up & down. I kept hoping it was built to hold >100 people! Got up to my floor in a jiffy. Only 2 classes tomorrow before flying from Atlanta to home. Both places great opportunities to…

Day 16: 14,800 steps! Took stairs at Every opportunity, conference was on 4 different levels. I had sessions at one end or other, & always 3-4 levels apart. Lost count of how many flights of stairs. Only took escalator 2x, & then only to not loose group in this conference of 9300 nurses. Not even counting guests & 44,000…

Day 14: stairs up & down 5 flights and 35 mins walking. Stairs are getting easier. Day 15: walked all over this huge hotel & back from restaurant 1/2 mile or so. Over 11,000 steps. Goal here is 12,500 each day and "no escalators!" Not too bad for 1/2 day @ conference and 2 hour flight, & waiting @ the airports. Day16: here…

I would be frustrated too. It's a pain to schedule around everyone and your own life as it is. Keep your chin up, someday they will see you coming and get out of your way!
-
Thank you. I'm going to test it out when I get back.

How is Zumba? Do you have to work up to it? I'm afraid to try it in a gym, but want to try it @ home.

Day 13: walked before calling it a day. Easier every day. Next week I'm going to a convention in Atlanta. I'll walk plenty. Hotel has a gym. Plan to use it. Food planning is a little challenging, but I'll make it work. Determined to make good for me healthy choices.

Wow! Hope you didn't carry the laundry baskets up, too.

Thank you for that! It feels good to move more. Where in Idaho do you live? I lived in Idaho Falls, then Burley (east of Twin Falls). In St. Louis now. Small world...

Walked more than an hour. Up 2 flights & down same. Sometimes a little harder after working, so try to work it in a little at a time there. I'm sure everyone has the same 24 hours, just exercise is newer to me. Still kinda bad at it, but better every day. Thank you all for keeping me motivated (and accountable!)

Walked upstairs for five minutes, and logged 35 min walk. Here's to day 10!

Wow! You get that elliptical first thing. I bet it makes you feel satisfied all day to have completed so much, so early.

Good job everyone, keeping it up for the mid week is nice. Yay!

Day 8: besides moving furniture & lifting packed boxes, carrying from here to there, walked w/friend up & down pretty steep hills today. Feels great!

Welcome everybody! & good work to everyone who are starting week 2. Everyone seems to be checking off the days with exercise! Aren't our bodies moving well and feeding our souls! I feel so great to be moving. Days 6 & 7: moving boxes & heavy moving/cleaning. Having new flooring installed, & I have to remove all my stuff,…

Good advice. Also, app "sworkit". No accessory workouts, for what ever level you want.
