  • I'm trying to eat around 130 g of protein per day, but definitely not hitting that goal I've opened my diary for the public to look at. Any advice or changes are welcome :) Thanks everyone already for the great discussion so far!

  • I just got the charge HR and love it. It's my first fitbit ever! Glad i invested! Even though fitbit says to have the band somewhat loose for comfort, i do find that if the band isn't snug, it does count your wrist/hand movements as steps.
