Hi, I'm starting a Chemistry PhD in a few weeks. I'm looking to lose 15-20 pounds. Add me if you want! Anyone else work in a laboratory? I'm worried about finding the time/motivation to exercise when I'm spending 10+ hours a day, 6 days a week in lab.

Hi! I'm 5'3 and three quarters. I started at 136.6 and now I'm at 128.8. My initial goal weight was 120, but I might stop at 125. I'm more focused on toning now.
