Im 20. Was on here last year and then i stopped logging. Gained 6 pounds so now i am back on MFP and i have started a low carb diet. Looking to lose 30 pounds. I would love to help you with motivation (and hopfully get some motivation for myself). Good luck! Feel free to add me. :)

I just finished my 30 minute walk, I burned 300 calories, walking 3mph but I did walk 5mph for 5 minutes. I weigh 175lbs. I was at a 5% incline. I dont know exactly how to answer your question but thats my personal experience.
