Sautee couple chicken breasts on stove. Add can of diced tomatoes 1/4 cup water and let tomatoes warm up. Add oregano, garlic powder and 6 oz spinach. Cook until spinach is wilted 3-4 minutes. It's is delish!!!

You can also use low carb tortillas as your pizza crust. Load the top with your favorites and only takes a few minutes to cook in the oven.
