So sorry to hear of all you've been through! Seems like you're doing everything right. So frustrating for sure! What workouts are you doing, and approximately how much do you usually burn?

For the most part I eat for weight loss and work out for fitness. However, working out does allow me the option to be more lax at times with my diet. A cold Summer Shandy beer after a run in the hot sun is the best thing ever! Gotta have beer and chocolate in there somewhere ... working out allows me some of those…

Missed day 11 ... did two Zumba classes though.

Doubled up to complete days 9 and 10 ... 200 swings...18 lb medicine ball with handles.

Day 9 ...I missed today. 30 min Zumba class, Pure Barre for 45min, and Lean Body aerobics for 50 minutes. Then came home and had to clear our entire family room to get ready for painters coming tomorrow ... ugh! Hmm let's see if I can catch up tomorrow and do 200 swings ... :/
