Hey there great motivation. I have a fitbit and love it even though it gets addictive getting to the next step. I do about 12000 a day except weekends. Then I do the push. How much time is in your crunch time?

My struggles are real. The past two weeks I have been hiding behind food. Luckily I didn't gain much. But on a side note that much longer to loose weight. I get really frustrated seeing my husband snack and join in. Luckily I make it a bit healthier.

I have the same issues. Week one I do great feel better and even stronger. Then I crash. You are not alone. Keep the faith. I joined challenge last night to try and push myself to loss of 20. Keep chatting we are here for you.

Hey there. If you need additional support and motivation I am looking for the same. Looking to start goal at losing 50 lbs to keep realistic and once I get there set another goal. Home life sucks at motivation and now trying outside the box. Good luck!
