you could try replacing white bread, rice and pasta with wholewheat and potatoes with sweet potatoes, small changes, dont overwhelm yourself with lots of changes, one step at a time :) you got this girl!

no i dont think so... eating a hundred calories of cake is not the same as eating a hundred calories of chicken.... fatty, sugary, high calorie foods cause weight gain because they stimulate the bodies fat storage genes

both... usually i eat 1 hr - 11/2 hr before training made up of carbs and protein and then about an hr after training i'd have a protein shake

I went back training this week after doing nothing for 2 months and i had never felt so unfit as i do now, like you i felt sick and got really dizzy... Dont give up, Take your time, go at your own pace and remember to breathe, it will take a couple of weeks to get used to but you'll get there :) Best of luck!

I got a book by James Duignam its called the clean and lean diet, and basically there is no processed food allowed, little to no diary, no wheat, no beer or wine just filtered water with a wedge of lime, and if you really want a drink it should be Grey Goose Vodka with filtered water.... so yeah.... that book is on my…

My understanding of "eat clean" is not to eat any processed foods, if it didnt grow on land, swim walk or run dont eat it :)

I find locking my shoulder blades together when the barbell is resting on my shoulders helps to keep it sitting right, also using no weight on the barbell to perfect my form really helped

Yes cardio does effect muscle gains, you wont bulk doing that much cardio. If your goal is to stay lean but not to lose your hard earned muscle you could try a steady state and HIIT cardio combo 7 days a week if you like then add a strenght training session every second day :)

stay off the scales and use a measuring tape instead, track the inches coming off your body instead of the lbs :)

I started low carb trying to stay below 50g a day, this is my first week so no high impact exercise for me, just havent the energy for it...
