so today i have the office to myself and we happen to have a mini gym room in the building so i've decided i'm going to get up away from my desk every hour and do the arm exercises, i have 15 of each done so far :) @nisijam5 with the curtsy lunges does one on each side count as one?

August 1st: plank on hands x2, 2mins 3seconds for the first, I was really rattling at this stage ha and 1min 12seconds for the second. Happy with my times they will improve through the challenge, I haven't set a goal yet but I'm thinking 80 - 100 for the month :)

Thank you @Elfinnyx it's taken ALOT of practice to get that time :smiley: Day 3 done! My arms are dead from all these push ups but I am improving I managed 30 full push ups today the rest were done from my knees, my upper body strength is getting better slowly but surely.

Day 2 done :) My abs and arms were a bit sore today after yesterday's challenge, it felt good because it's been a while since I felt sore after a workout, I tend to think if it feels a little sore afterwards then it's working... did the 100 Press-ups and my 7 yr old son joined me (he is so much better at Press-ups than me)…

Doing them on your elbows is definitely effective, I get sore wrists and have to modify aswell :)

Yes I did :) really felt the burn with the jumping jacks especially after doing them for 3 mins straight!

Day 1 done! :-) it was harder than I thought it was gonna be, that 3 mins of skipping nearly killed me! Ha im sure ill improve as the days go on, looking forward to dropping some weight and getting my fitness levels up during this challenge #sweatypics
