@alyssarhc delighted to see you! We weren't sure if you were coming back, theres 2 pages in the spreadsheet you can use the second one for challenges, I personally think if you set out a new one each week it will keep ppl motivated, im happy to help you out :)

Spreadsheets can be added to the thread, we can put everyones name on it and they can add their weight to it each week.

@amysteri we could try mix it up a bit by throwing in little challenges the odd day like doing high knees while skipping or jumping from side to side while skipping, keep it interesting
