map my fitness is good plus it syncs with MFP, so when you log or track a workout on map my fitness it automatically logs calories burned in MFP.

Week 1: 23/5 160 LBS Week 2: 30/5 158.4 LBS Week 3: 06/6 160.6 LBS Week 4: 13/6 156.8 LBS Week 5: 22/6 155.6 LBS Week 6: 27/6 155.6 LBS No change this week, but i'll put that down to bad food choices and beer over the weekend, I'm just happy its not a gain :)

Awh id love to do tough mudder in Dublin this year but its only 2 months away. For you experienced tough mudders, do you think 2 months is long enough to train for it?

Day 1 of challenge done, I added 10kg of weight to the leg exercises, couldn't get my chest all the way to the floor for the push ups as my upper body strength isn't great but hopefully this will improve throughout the challenge.
